    Theres space for all the family in this large 4 bedroom detached house with private pool located in a central location to amenities. The wonderful natural beaches of La Marina are less than 10 minutes by car. 

    The property has a large private garden with plenty of terrace space around the 8x4m private swimming pool. There are 6 sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There is a gas barbecue availabe and a shadey porch where you can dine in the open air.

    There is plenty of free parking in front of the property as well a private carport for shade.

    Inside you will find a bright open plan living room with two sofas, wi-fi internet, a large TV with British and Spanish channels, a dining table and six chairs, air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and cooking equipment. There is a washing machine in the utility room.

    The ground floor of this property comprises of a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on one level. The first floor has a seperate external access to the rear and comprises of a self-contained apartment with a living room with kitchen area, a double bedroom and bathroom. 

    On the ground floor is a master bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning, a second bedroom with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning, a third bedroom with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning, a large family size bathroom with tub with shower above, a bidet, wc and basin; and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, wc and basin.   

    To get to the first floor apartment, access is via the rear garden where there is a pergola with a table and seating area and washing line. The stairs lead up to the first floor with private door. The open plan living area is bright and has lovely views of the surrounding countryside. There is a sofa, small TV with DVD player, a kitchen area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, urinal, wc and basin; the bedroom has dual aspect windows for lots of light, a double bed, a fan (no air con) and wardrobes.

    Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June. 

  • Urb La Marina

    The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality. 

    This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees.  There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants.  There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.

    There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.

    There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.

    The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
