The spacious private garden has lots of terrace space which can be partly covered by two large awnings. There is an outside shower ideal for getting the sand off after a trip to the beach. There are two storage sheds, one with a fridge/freezer and shelving and the other available for your possessions. Stairs lead up to a raised terrace with a table and chairs that enjoys excellent views. For the summer months, there are two automatic awnings for shade and in the winter, it is possible to close the front with a roll down screen. 

Inside, the proeprty has a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, a large smart television, sideboard, dining table with four chairs, two storage heaters, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The opne plan kitchen has been refitted and includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. The utility room houses a washing machine, clothes dryer, electric hot water boiler and shelving. 

There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the groundfloor. One with a double bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The other has been used as an office with a large triple wardrobe, a cupboard, a storage cupboard, a ceiling fan and has space for a single bed or desk. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a wash basin and toilet. 

Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find a master bedroom/second reception room. The bedroom is currently presented with a sofa but this can be removed if you prefer to put a bed here. The room has a balcony, ceiling fan, air conditioning, wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. There is a separate solarium with two sun loungers and views over the park towards the mountains. 

There is a wonderful communal swimming pool located just a minute walk away which is open all year round. 

Just a 10 minute walk away is a large commercial centre with a supermarket, bars, restauarants, shops, as well as the doctors clinic, tourist information, town hall and bus stop. 

The stunning beaches of La Marina are just a short 10 minute drive away.
