There is a automatic awning over the balcony. Inside, the proeprty has a spacious living room with Amercian style kitchen. It is furnished with a sofa, wall cabinet, folding dininga table with chairs, air conditioning and a fitted kitchen. The kicthen includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, cooking equipment and plates, etc. 

    The master bedroom gets plenty of light and has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe. The third bedroom, accessed via the second bedroom, has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shwoer cubicle, wash basin, toilet, electric hot water boiler and a window. 

    The property is located within a 10 minute walk of local services and amenities including supermarkets, buses, the doctors, shops, cafes and restauarants. 

  • Urb La Marina

    The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality. 

    This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees.  There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants.  There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.

    There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.

    There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.

    The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
