This superb 2 bedroom townhouse makes the perfect holiday home for a couple or small family. The property has sunshine most of the day on its East and South facing private garden that includes a shadey porch with lounge furniture, a table and chairs for dining al fresco and space to park a car.

Inside the house has a L-shaped living room with a sining table and chairs, three sofas, a television, Wi-Fi internet, three ceiling fans, air conditioning and dual windows for plenty of light. The kicthen come complete with fridge/freezer, oven, hob,microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ketlle, cutlery, plates and cooking equipment. The open arch makes the kicthen a more social and airey space.

Also located on the ground floor is a wc with wash basin. Stairs lead up to the first floor.

The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a private balcony with two chairs and a table. Perfect for a coffee in the morning sunshine. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a deiling fan. There is a family bathroom with a shower cubicle, a wc and a wash basin.

A second staircase will take you up to thre roof top solarium for all day sunshine with a table and four chairs.

When you want to cool off, the large communal swimming pool is just a minute walk away and open early until late. It has a large swimming pool, a childrens splash pool, showers and a large terrace with an awning. Ideal for all the family!

The fabulous beaches of La Marina, with golden sand and bordered by Mediterranean pine forrests are just a 10 minute drive away. This idealic beach has a Blue Flag status for its amenities and cleanliness. There are several beach bars and cafes for refreshments and snaacks as well as sunbeds in the summer and water sports.

Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7^th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
