    This south facing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has a spacious garden, a solarium, air conditioning and a communal swimming pool. 
    It is located within a short walking distance of a central comercial centre with a supermarket, bus stop, bars, cafes and restuarants.
    The superb natural beach is just a 10 minute drive away (5 km).

    The property is located on a quiet private road with the communal swimming just 20 metres away. 
    Entering the private garden, you have a large terrace, a pergola with a dining set, a barbecue and mature plants and trees bordering the terrace. It is possible to leave your car on the terrace or on the public road close by which is free parking. 
    The front porch has is another great spot to dine or relax with a book with some shade. 
    Upon entering the house, you have a lounge/diner with a dining suite, sofa and large TV with international channels and wi-fi internet. The American style kitchen communicates with the living room and comes well equipped with appliances including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine. 
    There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor and a third, master bedroom with private bathroom and solarium on the first floor. 
    The ground floor bedrooms comprise of a double bedroom with wardrobe, a twin bedroom with wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower and wc. 
    The master bedroom has a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, private bathroom and a solarium with two sun loungers. 
    The house has air conditioning throughout.

    Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
