This wonderful cosy holiday home for a couple or small family who want comfort and outside space at an amazing price!

The pet friendly house is located in a quiet private road with a private entrance and garden. The west facing front terrace and balcony get plenty of sunshine from midday onwards. There is a brick built barbecue, a table with chairs and an awning for shade. 

Inside, the bright and airey living room has a corner sofa, a Smart TV, wi-fi internet, air conditioning, a beautifully reformed modern kitchen with four bar stools for the breakfast counter. It includes cooking equipment, cultery and plates, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a washing machine.

The hallway leads to a second bedroom with two single beds, a bedside table, a cupboard and a ceiling fan, a master bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower above, a wc and basin. 

The property is situated only 15 minutes walk from a large comercial centre where you can find Consum supermarket, a selection of restauarants, bars and cafes as well as shops. 

The fabulous natural beaches of La Marina are just a short drive away, around 7 minutes by car (4km).

The property does not have access to a communal swimming pool, however there is a wonderful public pool around 23 minutes walk (1.7km). There is also a sports centre with tennis and padel courts, football pitch and children's playground located just 10 minutes walk away. Great for sports enthusiasts!

Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7^th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
