The ideal place to stay for you and your family this year in this attractive and well equipped holiday home. The property is located just a few minutes away from a large shopping centre with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and services as well as a supermarket.
The quad style house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac road, with a large communal swimming pool that has seating, gardens and terraces to enjoy. Entering the garden of the house you have a barbecue, a driveway/terrace and a raised terrace with seating. Steps lead up to the glazed porch where the windows can be opened for fresh air but offers some welcome shade. The spacious living room has a wonderful 6 seater sofa, Smart TV, Wi-fi internet, a ding area, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The open style kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob and plenty of cooking pots, pans and utensils. There is a utility room with a clothes dryer, mircrowave and cleaning equipment. Also on the groudfloor is the second bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobe, a third bedroom with a single bed and pull out second single bed, a ceiling fan and wardrobe, and a family bathroom with tub with shower above.
From the living room, stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, wardrobe, a second bathroom, a roof top solarium with two sun beds and a parasol and also an enclosed glazed room for meditation and relaxation. The property also benefits from fly screens on the windows.
The wonderful natural beach of La Marina is just 5.5km aeway, around 10 minute by car. Here you will find beautiful scenary with the Mediterranean pines wrapping themselve around the unspoilt dunes and shore, There are beach bars and some cafes/restauarants on the beach and further up on El Pinet.
* IMPORTANT NOTICE *
Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
