The property is located in Parque Manzanares, a central location which is an easy walking distance to the Consum comercial area and also the La Marina Sports complex. There is plenty of off orad parking close to the house.

Located in a quiet street, the property has sunshine all day on its front terrace. Steps lead up to the front door where you will find an extended living room with a sofa, armchair, TV, air conditoning, a dining suite and a fitted kitchen. The kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, storage cupboards.

To the front of the house is a double bedroom, in the middle a bathroom with shower cubicle, a master bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and then a back bedroom (communicating from the master bedroom) which has two single beds. This could be utilised as a walk-in wardrobe, a study/office, craft room, storage, etc.
