This three bedroom quad style house, model Julia, is available as a long term rental property in Urb. La Marina.
The property is beautifully presented and is mainly has its accommodation on one level. There is a west facing spacious garden with a parking space, lemon tree, terrace with a table and chairs and two storage sheds. The front porch has been glazed in to make a nice sitting room all year round.
Inside the house, you have a good sized living room with a large comfortable sofa with extendible cushions, a large smart television, a dining suite, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. A hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathroom.
The master bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, a wardrobe unit, a ceiling fan and air condtioning. The second bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two single beds, a single wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom has been refitted with a walk-in shower with rain effect shower head and handheld shower, a wash basin and a toilet.
The kitchen has been refitted and includes a dishwasher, oven, a gas hob and plenty of cupboard space. The utility room houses the fridge/freezer, the microwave, a small oven, the gas hot water boiler and storage for cleaning equipment. Stiars lead up to a winter room/second reception room with chairs to enjoy the warmth all year round. Glass doors lead out to the large roof top solarium with a gazebo covering a large quality patio sofa set, a dining table with chiars, a side table ideal for preparing or cooking food, a storage cupboard housing the washing machine, and a wash basin. From here you can appreciate the open views of the countryside and all day sunshine.
The communal swimming pool with its large gardens is located just a few metres away. It has a large pool, a smaller children´s pool, shower and sun shades.
The wonderful beaches of La Marina are just a short 10 minute drive away where you can enjoy natural sandy beaches with a few bars and cafes for food and refreshments.

Urb La Marina
The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality.
This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.
There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.
There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.
The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
