A spacious and comfortable three bedroom house has the accommodation all on one level making it great for families and guests of all ages. It benefits from a south facing private garden, a large solarium and is just a few minutes walk from the beautiful communal pool. There is air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom which are sufficent to cool the whole property. The fabulous beaches of La Marina is just 10 minutes away by car!
The private garden has an off road parking space, a terrace with a large table and six chairs and parasol for dining al fresco. To the side of the proeprty is a traditional wood/coal barbecue with utensils perfect for cooking outdoors.
The raised terrace to the front is a great space for enjoying some shade with a patio set ideal for relaxing with a coffee or sangria.
Within easy walking distance of Villa Grandie, there are great bars, restaurants, and a supermarket situated near the tourist office.
The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, hot and cold air condioning and a dining table and chairs.
From the living room you enter the well-equipped kitchen, which has a full size oven with an electric hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Covered stairs from outside the kitchen lead you up to the large solarium that has spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. On the solarium there is a table and chairs with a parasol as well as four sun beds where you can make the most of the all day sunshine.
The front bedroom has two single beds, a modern ceiling fan, an electric raditaor, a bedside table and a built-in wardrobe.
The middle bedroom has a double bed, hot and cold air conditioning, a modern ceiling fan, an electric radiator, two bedside tables and built in wardrobe space.
The third bedroom situated next to the bathroom has two single beds, a modern ceiling fan, an electric radiator, a bedside table and wardrobe.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wc and wash basin.
The proeprty has heating in the lounge and master bedroom with air conditioning but also has electric radiators in all three bedrooms, making it a great choice for stays during the winter months.
* IMPORTANT NOTICE *
Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
