This sunny south facing 3-bedroom house makes a wonderful holiday home for your vacations this year! The corner plot garden terrace gives ample space to enjoy the weather, with a pergola and ratan furniture to relax in the shade, a gas barbecue for those open-air meals at home and a covered parking space for one vehicle.
The front porch has a dining set which has the option to be enclosed to the front and above with curtains for shade or privacy which almost creates another room. The living room consists of a corner suite sofa, large smart TV with international channels, series and movies in British, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Scandinavian and Italian languages. There is also wi-fi internet in the property. There is a dining suite for six people and an open plan kitchen which comes well equipped including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, a toaster as well as cooking equipment. In the internal patio is a washing machine and dryer available to use.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with twin beds (4 singles total) and built-in wardrobes and a bathroom. A wide staircase leads up to the first floor where you find the master bedroom with a double bed, balcony, built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom and a solarium terrace with two sun beds.
There is hot and cold air conditioning available in the ground and first floors.
Just a few steps away is the large communal swimming pool with a spacious terrace surround. It has a children’s splash pool divided from the main swimming pool as well as several sun shades.
The local shopping centre is approximately a 10-minute walk where you will find a bus stop that goes around the community, to other towns and to the beach. There is also a large supermarket, shops, and a variety of bars and restaurants to discover.
The beach of La Marina is around 10 minutes by car and has some of the most natural coastline in the province. Here you can enjoy the lush Mediterranean pine forest that leads to the sand dunes and kilometres of protected Blue Flag beaches. There are some cafes and restaurants located in direction of El Pinet beach and in the summer there are several chiringuito beach bars for refreshments and snacks.
* IMPORTANT NOTICE *
Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.

Urb La Marina
The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality.
This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.
There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.
There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.
The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
