This beautifully refurbished property is like new inside, with a refiited kitchen and bathroom, new installations and furniture. A very elegant feel for a traditional house.

The house is located in a quiet street around 15 minutes walk from amenities. The proeprty has plenty of midday and afternoon sun on its west facing terrace and balcony. There is a utlity cupboard with a top loader washing machine and an awning to give shade.

Inside, the bright living room greets you with a dining suite and four chairs, a sofa, sideboard, TV, tall frdige/freezer, a fitted kitchen with oven, hob and electric hot water boiler. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a walk-in wardrobe, a wash basin and wc.

All windows have been replaced and have mosquito nets.
