The property is located in a quiet private road and has a superb large south facing garden with it own private swimming pool, terrace and plenty of outside furniture to enjoy this tranquil setting.

    This holiday home offers, private parking, a lounge with television, dining suite, a well equipped kitchen, wi-fi internet, a ground floor bedroom with two single beds, a ground floor bathroom with walk-in shower, a master bedroom with a double bed on the first floor, a second bathroom with tub and shower above, a balcony with sun bed, a solraium roof terrace with a chill out bed and views towards the mountains. 

    There is air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. 

    The property also has use of a communal swimming pool located a short walk away.

    There are three central commercial centres with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops all within 10 minutes walking distance.

    The fabulous beach of La Marina is just 6km (10 minutes) by car.

    Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June. 

  • Urb La Marina

    The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality. 

    This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees.  There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants.  There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.

    There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.

    There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.

    The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
