The spacious open plan lounge/diner and American style kitchen gets lots of light with its twin windows. The lounge area has a new smart TV, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a sofa and armchair. The dining area has a table with four stools. The kitchen comes with a electric hob, small fridge, air fryer, mircowave, wasjing machine, electric hot water boiler. cupboards and basic cooking equipment. There is a complete bathroom with a shower, wc and basin on the groundfloor.

Stairs lead up to the first floor (a hand rail will be installed). Here you have a storage area under the staircase for cleaning equipment and clothing. The master bedroom a new double bed with storage space underneath, a double wardrobe, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and small balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed, a cupboard, a ceiling fan and a small balcony. The second bathroom has a shower, wc and wash basin.

A second set of stairs leads up to the third floor (hand rail will be installed). Here you have a storage area, a small kitchen area with a cupboard, sink and hot water boiler. A door takes you out to the roof top terrace with stunning views towards Guardamar and the sea.
