This two bedroom ground floor apartment is located just a 5 minute walk (350m) from the popular Playa Lisa beach and has a charming south facing balcony with view of the communal gardens.

It is situated within an attractive gated community with gardens and has bicycle stands within the grounds and plenty of free parking on the street.

Inside, the apartment has a good sized living room with two sofas and an armchair, a dining suite, a sideboard unit with television and air conditioning. The property is brightly lit with the south facing aspect and large patio doors leading out to the private balcony. Here you have a table and two chairs and the use of an awning and side curtains for shade in the summer.

The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and has an open arch that communicates with the living room for a more social and spacious feeling. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hobe, oven, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery and cooking equipment. The small utility room houses the washing machine, hot water boiler and makes a great storage area for beach chairs and cleaning equipment.

The master bedroom has a double bed, side table, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed, side table and wardrobe. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, wc and wash basin.
