Looking for an apartment near the beach, with a communal swimming pool and sea views? Check out this wonderful holiday home!

The property is located just a few minutes walk from the stunning beaches and of Los Arenales del Sol. The area is well known for its beautiful natural beaches and long palm tree lined promenade which has some excellent bars, restauarants, small grocery stores and shops.

The apartment is located with a gated community and has use of a lovely communal swimming pool and a private garage space.

There is access via stairs or a lift to the first floor. Inside, you have a fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, hob, separate oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toatser, kettle, cooking equipment, plates, glasses and cutlery.

The living room has a chaise longe style sofa for four people, a 32" TV, wi-fi internet, a dining table with four chairs and air conditioning. The south facing balcony gets plenty of sunshine and can be accessed via the lounge and master bedroom. It has a table with four chairs and enjoys marvelous sea views. There are windows that can be closed when required.

The master bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and air conditioning.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe and an electric fan.

The bathroom has a bath tub with a shower above, a wc, bidet and hand basin.

The property has air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom and Wi-Fi internet.

Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7^th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
