Looking for a holiday home just 10 minutes walk from the beach? This beautiful and sunny south facing house has lots of outdoor space, air conditioning in the main rooms, sea views from the balcony and roof top solarium and has access to a wonderful large communal swimming pool. What else could you ask for?

Located just 15 minutes walk from La Marina village, this attractive 2 bedoom house comprises of a driveway for one car, a terrace garden with patio funirture under an awning, a raised porch with seating, a open plan living room with a lounge and dining area, smart TV and wi-fi internet, air conditioning, an American style kitchen with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob and comes well equipped for cooking and dining. There is a wc and shower on the groundfloor. Stairs lead up to the first floor with a ample master bedroom with a queen sized bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a balcony with a table and two chairs where you can enjoy the sunshine with sea glimpse views. The second bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a family sized bathroom with a tub and a shower above. The stairwell takes you up to the solarium where you can dine in the all-day sunshine or relax and sit back on the swing seat and take in the panoramic views of the coastline.

Just a minutes walk away is the large gated communal swimming pool with grass borders, umbrellas for shade, a children´s splash pool and a substantial swimming pool.

The beautiful natural beach of El Pinet and La Marina are just 800m away where you will find a selection of great restuarants and cafes and kilometres of sandy beaches. Close by is a nature park with viewing points where you can see some of the local wildlife. The famous salt lakes of Santa Pola where thousands of flamingos live amongst other wading birds can be enjoyed year round at just a short walk away.

Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
