The property is located in a quite residential area, within a gated complex called Natura Pinet. There is street access with steps and a ramp and a lift. The property is located on the first floor.
Inside the property you have a modern fitted kitchen which includes an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There are several plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking equipment provided in the apartment.
The open plan layout leads from the kitchen into a dining area with a tall table with four stools, and a sofa with armchair and large smart TV. Large glass doors lead out to the private northerly facing balcony with some sea glimpses. There is a range of seating and a dining set to make the most of the outdoor area. Here you will also find a cupboard housing the washing machine and hot water boiler.
The large master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. There is a second bathroom with a shower and wc.
The property can be cooled and heated with air conditioning via ducting throughout the property.
The property has free high speed Wifi internet.
The communal swimming pool is a good size and includes a children's splash pool, showers and artificial grass borders.
The stunning natural beaches of El Pinet and La Marina, Elche are just a 10 minute (1km) walk away. Here you can enjoy bathing or walks along the sand dunes or relax with a coffee or lunch in one of the many cafes and restarants on the frontline.
The town of La Marina is also just 1km away where you have a range of services including shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and buses.

Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
