Located in the popular Altomar I community in Gran Alacant, which has a fantastic tropical lagoon style communal swimming pool, gardens, basketball/football pitch, tennis court, petanca pitch, gym area and childrens playground.

The property is on a wide road which normally has plenty of parking. It comprises of a front garden with a lemon tree, a shadey porch with two chairs and a table, a large living room (unfurnished) with air conditioning, a separate fitted kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, a fridge/freezer, oven and hob. From the kitchen is a covered internal patio for storage. The ground floor wc also houses a washing machine. Stairs lead to the first floor which consists of a master bedroom (unfurnished) with a balcony, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower above and a wc. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe. The second bathroom has a tub with shower above and wc. A second staircase leads up to the roof top solarium with some lovely sea and mountain views towards Alicante. There is a good sized storage room here.

The property is in a central location, walking distance to many services including a bus stop, post office, doctors, pharmacy, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The beach of Carabasi is just a 2 minute drive away (1.5km).

Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.
Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
