  • This charming 3 bedroom end of terrace house is a wonderful location for your next holiday. The popular Carabassi gated community offers excellent facilities and spectacular panoramic sea views. 

    The property has accommodation on three levels. Entry from the street level leads to the second twin bedroom, a bathroom, a master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a balcony with some superb panoramic sea views of the Alicante bay and the communal gardens. Stairs lead down to the living room with air conditioning, a newly refitted modern kitchen with oven, hob and dishwasher, a modern bathroom and a terrace with more sea views. From this terrace, stairs will take you to the lower level with a seperate entrance to a third bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There are terraces with seating that wrap around the property so you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sunshine. To the rear is a fixed barbecue with access to the kitchen. 

    There is normally plenty of parking in close to the property with the community. Guests will have access to the childrens swimming pool, the main swimming pool (one of the largest in Gran Alacant), table tennis tables, pantanca pitchens, a padel court, childrens playground and gardens with sea view viewing point. 

    The weekly market and several bars, restaurants and other services are closeby. Due to the location of the community on the slope of Santa Pola Cape, there are several gradients to take into account if walking on foot however the stunning views of the coastline are hard to match and make it well worth it. 

    The beach is a five minute drive away where you will find some of the best kept natural beaches in Spain. The beach has lifeguards and there are beach bars available for refreshments and snacks. The nature reserve close by is a wonderful spot to take a jog or a stroll to see some of the local flora and wildfowl.

    Alicante-Elche Airport is a short 10 minute trip away making it very quick and comfortable.

    Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.

    Carabasi offers some of the best panoramic sea views and of the coast. There are a variety of styles of property and sizes that but all have wonderful views of the coastline.

    The gated community has one of the largest communal swimming pool ideal for keen swimmers. There is also a smaller childrens pool, a playground, petanca pitch, table tennis tables, a padel court and a park area with a viewing point. There are two "pipicans" where you can take your dogs to do their business. An access gate leads out to the side of the cape where the more agile and sure footed can make their way down to the beach of the Ermita. 

    The community is located on a hill which some may wish to take into account but this is why the proeprties have such great views.

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
