  • This sunny 2 bedroom house has views of the communal swimming pool and is within walking distance of the beach. A great holiday home for a couple for small family with plenty of amenities close by.

    The property is located in a quiet gated community with lots of free street parking. The house comprises of a south facing front terrace with a table and four chairs, a porch, a lounge/diner with sofa and armchair, TV and wi-fi internet, air conditioning and a dining suite, the kitchen is well equipped with cooking equipment and appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a microwave and washing machine. Alos on the ground floor is a small internal patio and a shower room with wc. Stairs lead to the first floor where you will find a master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and a balcony with a table and two chairs with a view towards the pool. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and an electric fan. The ample second bathroom has a tub with shower above, wc and basin. Another set of stairs takes you up to the roof top terrace with a table and chairs and views of the surrounding area. 

    The wonderful communal swimming is just a few metres away (1 minute walk) where you can enjoy a large swimming pool, a childrens splash pool, grass borders with parasols and palm trees. 

    At just a 10 minute walk you have a range of bars, cafes and restauarants on the Carabasi strip. The nature reserve park is also a superb place to visit and walk around to see the local wildlife and birds. 

    The natural sandy beaches of Carabasi are just 20 minutes walk on the flat or a 2 minute drive away. Here you can spend hours of fun on the beautiful clean beaches and sea where there are plenty of chiringuito beach bars and water activities.

Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.

    Masa was one of the largest contibutors to the expansion of Gran Alacant and created many popular models ranging from small apartments ideal for holidays to large detached villas with private gardens and pools. 

    Many of the different models can be found both up and down the hill and are commonly reffered to as Monte y Mar Alto (Up) and Monte y Mar Bajo (Down). Here is a brief overview of some of the models available:

    Miro - A wide luxury villa of 169sqm with 4 bedrooms. It has a double height distribution, master bedroom with a dressing room, study/office, plots from 370sqm with a private pool.

    Moma - A luxury villa with a cube design of 169sqm and 4 bedrooms. It has a double height distribution and a plot from 370sqm. They have a customized distribution and a master bedroom with a dressing room.

    Mondrian C & Mondrian XL - Large link-detachd villas with private gardens, a private swimming pool, 3 or 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 

    Linda and Linda with Baement - Semi Detached Villa with 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private garden, driveway and private swimming pool.

    Forteleza - The largest of the villas, they are detached and come with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, around 600m of plot, a solarium and a normally a private swimming pool. 

    Torreon & Bellavista - 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villas with private plots around 400sqm, solarium and typically with a private swimming pool.

    Aurora & Aurora Plus - A 2 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms and a solraium. The Plus model has the extra basement level which can be used as a thrid bedroom. It has access to a communal swimming pool.

    Alba & Alba Plus - 2 bedroom houses with 1 or 2 bathrooms and accommodation on two floors. The Plus model has a solarium. The properties have access to a communal swimming pool.

    Levante - Townhouses with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom with a private garden and option to have a private swimming pool.

    Vision and Vision with Basement - Modern townhouses with a distinct large front window. The property can have 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 abthrooms with accommodation on two floors and access to a communal swimming pool.

    Gala and Gala with Basement - Modern apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, either ground floor with a garden or first floor with a solarium. It has access to a communal swimming pool.

    Perla - A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom quad style house on one level. They have a garden, a solarium and access to a communal swimming pool.

    Coral - 3 bedroom ground floor or first floor apartment with 1 bathroom, a garden or balcony. It has access to a communal swimming pool.

    Serena - A 2 bedroom fround floor or first floor apartment with 1 bathroom and a garden or balcony.  It has access to a communal swimming pool.

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
