This end of terrace house is located in Monte y Mar bajo, located close to amenites and just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The property is within a gated community with plenty of parking and has an attractive view over the communal swimming pool and its gardens.

The house comprises of an east facing front garden with terrace and awning for morning and midday sunshine, a porch, a living room with a sofa and two armchairs, a dining suite and air conditioning; a separate kitchen with appliances, an internal patio, a ground floor bathroom with shower and an understair closet for stoarge. Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find a master bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a balcony with pool view; a second bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe, a family sized bathroom with tub and shower above.

The property is close to the park El Clot de Galvany which is excellent for walks and jogging, the local school, bars and restuarants in the Carabasi strip are also very close. There is a municipal bus stop within a few hundred metres.
