  • Relax with the family in this 2 bedroom holiday home with open views of the countryside. Located within easy access of the shopping centre of Gran Alacant and having access to a communal swimming pool, this could be your ideal property!  

    The house has morning sunshine on its front and garden and balcony and enjoys open views of countryside and woodland. Great for nature enthusiasts for a walk or off road biking.This gives the impression that you are in a country house but have all the amenities of the shopping centre and main bus stop within a two minute walk. 

    The front terrace has a table, four chairs and a parasol, two sun loungers and the raised porch has a sun bed. There is free on street parking in the road in front. Inside, the bright living room has two sofas, a TV, wi-fi internet, a high table with stools and air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cooking equipement, cutlery and plates. From the utility room with the washing machine, you can access the rear terrace for the afternoon sunshine with a table and chairs. There is a shower/wc located on the ground floor.    

    Up the stairs is a second bathroom with a bath tub with shower above, basin and wc; a second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.   

    The communal swimming pool is just a short walk from the property where you will find a large pool, a childrens splash pool, showers, a childrens playground and a seating area. 

    The shopping centre of Gran Alacant has many services including Mercadona, Lydl and Consum supermarkets, Santander bank, a pharmacy, bike hire, shops, bars, cafes and restarauants. The main bus stop is very close by and can take you to the beach, Santa Pola or Alicante amongst other locations. There is also a municipal bus that leaves regulary from outside Mercadona that can take you around the urbanisation of Gran Alacant and back.  

    The beautiful natural beaches of Carabasi are 3.5km (50 minutes walking) or just a few minutes by car or bus.

Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.

    Located in Avenida Finlandia, this community is the closest to the Gran Alacant shopping centre. It is very convenient for people who want to be able to walk to the shops and amenities and also the main bus stops. 

    They are mainly 2 bedroom apartments, town houses, bungalows and detached houses, but there a few 3 bedroom models. They are a popular properties for their quality of contruction and design. There are a total of four communal swimming pools, with each property having access to two communal swimming pools.  

    They have easy access to the main road, N332, which leads to the airport and cities. The beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales are approximatley 3km away or a 5 minute drive.

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
