There are plenty of services close by with the pharmacy, doctors, spa/gynasium and the parade of shops on Avenida Escandinavia within easy walking distance. The beach of Carabasi is just a 5 minute drive away.

    A very attractive gated community located up the hill near the pharmacy and Life Resort. The properties range from 2 and 3 bedroom bungalows to 2 to 4 bedroom houses, most being either semi-detached or quad style properties. The build quality is good, the proerties come with a private garden, off road parking, and normally have a balcony or solarium or both. 

    The communal swimming pool at the centre is a delight to see and use with its lush landscaped gardens and tropical lagoon feel to it. There is plenty of grass borders to relax around the pool and toilets and changing rooms at the entrance. During the summer months there is a lifeguard so the months when it is open may be limited. 

    The community also has escellent sports failities with a tennis court, padel court, basketball court and a football pitch.  The children's playground will keep the littles ones amused for a while. 

    There are many services close by including a pharmacy, weekly market, bars, restaurants, banks, doctors, library and buses. The beach is approximatley 3km away. 

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
