  • This apartment has lots of outside space to enjoy the excellent Spanish weather. There is a large sun terrace with an awning for shade, a barbecue and seating area for dining al fresco and a covered jacuzzi for complete relaxation!

    The 2 bedroom ground floor apartment compries of a lounge with air conditioning to cool most of the property, wi-fi internet, a large TV, a dining area, a fitted kitchen with appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking equipment, cultery, plates and glasses. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and an electric fan. The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe and an electric fan. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin and wc.  

    The garden has a large terrace area with many plants in pots, a stone seating area, a barbecue, a second seating area with an awning for shade, a gazebo with a spa bath with bubbles. The cleaning and operating of the spa bath is quite simple for guests to use. It is not heated. 

    The stunning Carabasi beach is just a 15 minute walk away (1.4km). There are several amenities close by including a bus stop to the shopping centre, Santa Pola and Alicante.

    Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.

    One of the original communities developed in Gran Alacant, Panorama certainly lives up to its name with most of the properties having superb sea views. Having first choice location, these duplex style houses  are in a prime location for views and proximity to the beach.

    In recent times many of these properties have been bought and remodelled to bring them up to date with new installations and stylings. There are a variety of models with different size plots with some opening up a basement underneath by excavating the rock. 

    There is no communal pool but the closeness of the beach does make up for that. It also means the running costs for the community fees is low.  

    Located closeby is the parade of shops and services on Avenida Mediterraneo where you will also find the bus stop that goes to Alicante and Santa Pola.   

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
