Stairs lead up to the large roof top solarium where you can appreciate the panoramic sea views from another patio set or enjoy the all day sunshine on the two sun beds.  

    The community has three wonderful swimming pools that you can use. The closest is just a two minute walk away where you will find a large pool with a childrens splash pool, grass borders with umbrella shades and palm trees. All three offer similar facilities. There are also communal parking spaces available, with a parking area directly in front of the property giving you easy access.   

    The property is located on Avenida Escandinavia which has a variety of restuarants, bars, shops, bus stops and services making it a very convenient location. The beach is just 2km away, a half hour walk down a hill but just a 2 minute drive away. The tourist train and municipal bus run a regular service close by that can take you around Gran Alacant and drop you off close to the beach.

    A large and popular community in a great location, with the weekly market, sports centre, doctors, library, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, gym and more services all very close by. The properties mainly comprise of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, separate kitchen and a balcony. You can choose between the ground floor with a agrden or the first floor with a solarium. There are a few corner plot properties which have three bedrooms, a wider living room and bigger kitchen. 

    All residents have access to three excellent communal swimming pools located on each side and in the middle of the complex. The pools have a children's splash pool, grass borders and sun shades and trees. 

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
