  • Sunny House with Direct Access to the Communal Pool

    The perfect spot for you and your family to create some magical memories! This sunny south facing house has a front terrace with a traditional barbecue, a raised balcony with views towards the lake of La Mata, an open plan living room comprising of two sofas, a smart TV, wi-fi internet, air conditioning and a dining table with chairs. The open plan kitchen comes well equipped with cooking equipment and applinace and has direct access via the rear door to a second terrace and the communal swimming pool. The pool is only shared with a small group of houses making it feel almost like a private pool. There is also a WC located on the groundlfoor for convenience. Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find a master bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a small balcony with views; a bathroom with tub with shower above; a second bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe; an enclosed rear terrace with locking door that leads up to the solarium. The solarium makes a nice private space to catch some summer rays on the sun bed or patio set whilst overlooking the communal pool. From the solarium you can access a utility room with a washing machine and clothes airer.

    There is plenty of free parking on the road in front of the house. Local amenities are a short walking distance away, with a childrens park, Coopers family bar/restauarant, a pharmacy and other services at just 160 metres. In the other direction, 20 minutes walk, there is another parade of bars and restauarants with a great selelction to choose from. The main supermarket locally would be Consum at around 2km. 

    The stunning beaches of Guardamar are just 13 minutes by car.

    The wonderful golf course La Marquesa Golf, is located just 3.5km away, making it a great option also for a golfing holiday. 

    The property is lcoated 40 minutes south of Alicante airport.

    Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
